These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of globalarvian.com (the "Site") and any digital products offered through it. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.

Use of the Site

The Site provides information about Arvian's enterprise transformation services and resources. Content is provided for general informational purposes and does not constitute professional, legal, or financial advice. Consulting engagements are governed by separate written agreements.

PM Starter Kit and digital products

• Digital products (such as the PM Starter Kit) are delivered electronically after purchase.
• Prices are shown at the point of sale and may change over time.
• All sales are final: digital products (the PM Starter Kit and PM Starter Course) are delivered instantly and all payments are non-refundable. That said, we're not happy unless you are — if a product isn't working for you, contact us within 30 days and we'll make it right with personal support, career coaching, and one-on-one interview prep.
• Purchased materials are licensed to you for your own use and may not be resold or redistributed.

Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, and templates — is owned by Arvian or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute it without permission, except as expressly allowed for products you have purchased.

Third-party links

The Site links to third-party sites, including our training arm at GlobalAgileTraining.com. We are not responsible for the content or practices of external sites.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Arvian will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or its digital products.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at Arvian's principal place of business. Any disputes will be handled in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
